Description of zirconia ceramic fixture:
Zirconium oxide (Zirconia) offers low thermal conductivity, superb
wear resistance, excellent fracture toughness, outstanding low
friction coefficient, exceptional resistant strong acid & alkali,
and great high-temperature resistance, strong hardness, electrical
insulation, these make zirconia ceramic as a very important
technical raw material of structural parts used in various
machinery, electrical, electronic, engineering fields.
With high fracture toughness to resistant crack, it's an ideal
machinable advanced ceramics. Our facility is capable of machining
a variety of complicated ceramic parts with a very high accuracy
dimension through fine grinding, lapping, CNC machining, laser
cutting and so on.
These zirconia structural ceramics are widely used to wear ceramic
